>Thanks, Marc. We just found today that another program (Outlook e-mail) was causing a 100% usage on the processor - NOT the network itself. Strange, but testing has now begun to isolate the actual problem. Right now the thought is the processor is bad. And our SEEKs are behaving since Outlook was moved elsewhere temporarily.

Please keep us informed on what you find about the 100% usage problem. We had the same situation over here but it went away when we went to look at it. We weren't able to pinpoint anything, but we don't suspect the CPU, yet. Would be extremely interested in what you find with Outlook.
