I agree with you regarding the attitude here (not everybody though). I recently posted a thread along the lines of VB/VC - which to choose. A couple of responders said "why choose something else when VFP does it all". I was amazed at this attitude. I wanted to write some utilities. I did them in VC and they run at lightning speed - they finished before VFP would have loaded.
