Try this again with the new 1.3 sample application. I tried it and it seems to work fine.

1. Set the mmDataGrid BindingFlag to false
2. Copy the data binding properties from the mmDataGrid to the mmUltraGrid
3. Set the mmUltraGrid as the form's Navigation control
