The VFP team does not monitor any bug lists here on the UT. The proper way to submit a bug for VFP 9.0 if you find one to ensure the VFP team receives it is to go to the web apge at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/support/, click on Submit a VFP Bug Report and then follow the directions.
