If you have any UT sounds enabled, they don't work in FF.
There used to be a lot of issues with buttons like "Copy" at the bottom of various windows but it looks like Michel has been cleaning them up a lot.
Some e-commerce sites like Ingram Micro don't work with FF. I believe it's because FF more closely adheres to standards and doesn't support MS extensions.
