There generally is one word for the medical care in the US: THEFT

Beeing in the medical care business and having clients in europe and north america, I can say that the US medical system is totally out of control. For example an IVF procedure in Holland could cost only 1/4 th of what it costs in the US. Even worse the quality of service and careing about the patients health seems to be worse in the US.

And you wonder why you have to pay such high insurance policies ??

But moving arround patients often is not the solution. Only the government could do something about it (CDC Maybe), by forcing upper limits to procedures etc.
