Speaking of Switzerland… During World War II Switzerland (which was a neutral nation for those unaware) had a standing army of 500,000 men. A German Field Marshall asked a Swiss Colonel, “What would you do if we sent 1 million men against you”? The Colonel answered, “Each of my men would have to shoot twice”!

A true story and one that I like! :)
