Additional steps may be:
-show your webapp in a "crippled" browser window (without menu/toolbar etc.)
to prevent some options there.
-add a meta tag "NoCache" and/or "Expires Now".
That may be sufficient to protect html from normal users. Of course we both would still be able to get that html, no question... But would we need that html code?
Content may still be stolen via screenshots or even just copy&paste, that's true.
