Still it is imaginative.
I had an issue a a while back. My project delivers html content. The content are files. My hope was to return the file as a string from my COM. But when I did that, the images referenced in a folder below the content were not carried - only the html text.
this module needed the COM to respond twice to one request. Once with js to set controls and the second was the html_to_string content. I am still at a loss as to why the html_to_string did not carry the images.
The solution was to package an http request in the onload of the js control response and fire it from the browser.
Any idea why the html_to_string would not include the images in the response?
