Look at the article on my website, Q&A, General, qGEN017. You basically have to URLEncode the CR & LFs to %0d and %0a respectively.

However, when I try to add line breaks using CR+LF to the body text they seem to be stripped out and the body text just becomes a single block of text. Can CRLF not be used in the body via this technique or is there some special way of inserting lines breaks in the body text?
