(VFP 3.0b, winnt 4.0 svc pack 3)

I'm trying to use the setup wizard to create a distribution for my project. I am getting the following when I try to run the setup for my distribution:
Object 240
Your setup files may be damaged. Try restarting the setup program.

If I rerun the setup program, the results are the same.

It's been some time since I've used the setup wizard, but it seems like there was something I had to do to make it work.

btw, I used the setup wizard on one of the sample projects that ships with vfp and it works correctly.

I'll look closer at that sample project and try to find what I am missing, but I'm hoping that someone here will recognize that error message and know immediately how to fix it.
