Sergey, you are evasive one here, you answer to a question with an other question.

If I mistake I admit the error,
in this case I know exactly, repeat exactly what makes VFP inner,
and my repro is the proof.

I don't say that you are incorrect fully, but the point is the EOF(), nothing other,
and i don't see the EOF() word into your message.
Of course a EOF() record is a empty/blank record,
but a empty/blank record can to be a not EOF() record,
then empty/blank is not equivalent to EOF().

If you don't want look into my repro code, it is a your problem.
