I think we should join in. While the President's objections to it are sound, the problem is that to move forward, we need to do so unilaterally. Whitout the US, how can we persuade other nations to join?

I understand fully that there are a number of countries who haven't signed on. Rather, however, than taking the lead here, and using diplomacy to coerece them to, we sit back and wait.
