Are you upgrading or new installation ?
What are the error logs ?
I'm not very sure maybe because of the ordering parameter, i always put disablenetworkprotocols at the end...

setup INSTANCENAME="NetSDK" SAPWD="PASSWORD" DISABLENETWORKPROTOCOLS=1 /L*v C:/myerror.log

>for installation i type the dos command to let it run.it shows below...
>setup.exe /qb+ INSTANCENAME=NetSDK DISABLENETWORKPROTOCOLS=1 SAPWD=PASSWORD.after typing i press enter.then after a while it shows me that configuration failed.please check the setup error logs and server error logs for more information.
