Hi Tore,

There is also politics involved... at one point several prominent VFP folk complained bitterly that UT was designated as THE source for wish list items for VFP. I never understood their complaints but they were there.

Since the UT Bug List was created long after the wish list, my *guess* is that this had some effect on MS' "posture" on the subject.

cheers

>>>No, and there are no plans to.

>>Really?! This surprises me a lot, in a negative sense, so to speak. I expected that the VFPTeam is interested in ALL feedback on bugs, not only in feedback that comes in via email to vfpfeed@. The UT is an important site for vfp, and it is known to you and your team, and if vfpteam members think that it's no big deal to skip the UT bug list, then I regard that as arrogant behavior.

>>> The proper way to submit a bug to the VFP team is by going to http://msdn.com/vfoxpro/support.
>>
>>I can understand that the vfpteam wants a straight procedure and that vfpfeed@ fits in that procedure. But it is simply impolite that the UT list has not even ever been looked at in the past.
