Does the printer assume the correct paper size when you send the escape code to it? Is it possible that the printer at that location is set to the IBM 2380 emulation?
What OS is the customer using? Do you have the custom paper size setup in Windows? What happens if you create a 2nd printer in windows with that papersize as the default and send the report to that printer? If you do it that way, make sure that you remove all the detail from the expr (except orientation and copies), tag, and tag2 fields in the printer frx...

http://files.support.epson.com/pdf/lx300p/lx300pu1.pdf>I have a client using an Epson LX300+ with a tractor feed. The continuous form paper he is using is 9.5" wide by 5.5" long. I have created a custom form for this paper and checked it out in Word. I compiled the report specifically using the printer driver and this form. Previewing it on a PC without the actual printer shows the report as expected. Of course when it is run on the target machine it all falls apart and I get a full (11") form feed no matter what I do. Any suggestions?
