It looks like you're using the old Crystal OCX control for printing your reports. That control has not been updated since version 6 of Crystal, and there are no plans to update it any further.

I think you should look into using Crystal's RDC object model for launching your reports. There should be plenty of documentation on it in the Developer's Help file. This does require a little upfront work in converting your source code to use the new objects, but it will be worth it.
