My guess was the United States will not participate in such an activity. Sorry to see that is true. We still have a powerful tobacco lobby and it is an important industry. We believe in free enterprise. People with tobacco related illnesses also help the medical industry.

Personally, I would like to see everyone who smokes stop immediately. Otherwise they should tie a plastic bag around his/her head and be sure it is airtight. Then they can smoke all they want! At least for a few last gasps! :)
