Alejandro,

The user is required to log on to the TS. The user then has a window with a title 'NameOfConnection - ipaddress - RemoteDesktop'

You can either logon as that user and make the shortcut, or make it once and copy it to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\

It is the same as on your computer. Have a look in C:\Documents and Settings. You'll see what I mean
You can even change their StartMenu. Try it on your computer and see ;-)
