Cetin,
Just one more thing: how can I make the Word toolbars appear, and bypass the "open/save" dialog?

>You could but however somewhat painfull. Create an emty doc file. Use a web browser control and navigate2 to created .doc file. I was even be able to invoke word's macro recording from there in the past as I remember (my preference is to invoke word in its own window and actually hate outlook's behavior).
