When did I say that I don't approve of sharing information.

I don't have to imply anything. I don't need to read an editorial to determine how to approach my future in this industry. I only need to see that 10 years ago, when I sent my resume out, I could measure the time from mailing to time of receiving phone calls in weeks if not days.

Now I am lucky to get any call back. Not to mention that I can measure the time between postings for new VFP work in months.

I also find it extremely comical that people such as yourself have convinced themselves that VFP is the greatest thing since sliced bread. And that anyone else who doesn't understand that is stupid.

I talk to people developing in Java, .Net and other languages all the time. They seem to be developing apps just fine. And not once have I ever, ever, ever heard someone say, "Whoa!!!!! You can do what in VFP???? I can't believe it. If only my language could do something like that!".

>The condescend tone of your message implies, for me at least, that you do not approve people sharing information. Is that your general position or you just feel that way when you do not agree with the information being shared?
