Maybe the older guy in the corner office was the president of the company (looking at your file?), in which case, you are right, I wouldn't want to be that guy either!
Some things get better with age (like Fox, Cobol, some wines, some guys), other we don't realize how good they were until after they are no more (hopefuly Fox won't be one).
