Basically, the summary will include a nice little message and a prompt for a signature. This needs to print at the bottom of the last page in the report. Summary just prints wherever it is in the page.

Why not try making the summary band objects fixed relative to top, and lengthen the band to a full page length. I'm not sure, but I think this will do what you want. Then again, it may force a new page. Worth a try, though.
