Yes and no. I was able to decode the tape, but he wasn't able to get through to anyone. Basically, he spent about half an hour calling people and getting told "they aren't here, they should be in after 6". Of course, since he is a "captive audience", he can't call back later. We'll continue monitoring . . . .
