Because I never worked with VFP 7 I don't know if this exists, but I think it is.
In VFP open Object Browser (Tools->Object Browser).
Click on Open Type Library.
Click on Browse
Find MSWORD.OLB or XL5EN32.OLB (usualy in Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICExx\") and select them:
MSWORD.OLB is for Word Application
XL5EN32.OLB is for Excel
