>Apparently a TS remote session user encountered a problem where a VFP form errored and they cant clear it. The form is active, but the X button in the menu bar is disabled and for some reason they cant close it. The user performed an endtask on their remote session. They tell me that they then start a new remote session and when they do, the old session with the semi-disabled form is back. Is this standard practive w/ TS? Is there a timeout session that keeps that session around? Any ideas on how to get around this?

Chris,

Ask the user to try to logoff properly from the session (i.e. Start / Shutdown / Logoff). That might prompt the user within the remote session to end the task while it's shutting everything else down.

If the user is allowed to bring up task manager within the remote session, then you could always try that route as well.

Laterness,
