Every table/Database can be opened in 2 modes, One is exclusive and another is Shared mode , If your database is opened in Exclusive only one instance of the table is opened and you can't zap or pack the record.. if you need the full details about Table modes, please give me your e-mail address, I will e-mail you the literature..
