Sent Rant ON (again)

Which will be offshored. Plus you'll be speaking to someone who's accent is so strong or their english is so poor you can't understand them. I just went though this with Sprint for my cell phone service the other day. I get my bill and they're charging me taxes in 3 different states! I mean it added like $40 to my bill! I spent almost 20 minutes on hold, finally got a human - then after being bounced from dept to dept - I finally get the right person....and I could NOT understand what they were saying. I was extreamly nice and patient, asked them to repeat themselves like 1000 times and to talk slower - still couldnt understand them. This isnt a problem I have either - I mean in FL you see people from all over the place and I got used to talking to people who know little english or are hard to understand but this was insane! After 30 minutes of me saying 'what? what? what? huh? what? huh? what?' I finally asked to talk to someone else because I couldnt understand them. They got rude - then disconnected the call. ha - I went down to a local Sprint store and made a scene - got the whole month's usage for free. Yeah Sprint saved a lot of money by offshoring THAT phone call, didn't they? Idiots.
