The ActiveVFP web site (www.activevfp.com) is back up. I'm still having an issue with Print2PDF, though. I narrowed the latest problem down to Ghostscript failing to initialize for some reason. Maybe I can send this modified class to someone for testing on another server. It's possible I messed something up on my server...
