When you rebuild the application, the screen is re-generated from the files you generated with the form designer. I don't remember the extensions, but there should be two related files (equivalent to a DBF and an FPT, or memo, file, in a table).
Your options, to avoid this:
1) (The recommended option) Abstain from doing any changes in the generated form. Do all change in the form designer.
Or:
2) Either destroy or rename your original form, so that you don't run the risk of overwriting changes in your .SPR file.
