I used to be a ketchup purist.. in fact hadn't seen anything but ketchup on them until a couple of summers ago when we were in southeast Utah on vacation and got served fry sauce at a little local hamburger joint. A mix of ketchup and mayo.

>In Hawaii we have all the above fries combonations (chili cheese fries, garlic fries, etc.) except Poutine. However added to the list is a local favorite sauce consisting of mustard, mayonaise and a whole bunch of suger. Put that sauce on a burger and some fries and how do they say... mmmm mmmm good!
