Absolutely. We've had chili dinners at our church where you might have 15-20 different pots and I try as many as possible, some hotter, some milder, different meats, etc. and I generally enjoy them all. We just used to get a good laugh at watching each other eat the 50 MT stuff getting redder and sweating ... back in my young, foolish and inexperienced days. :-)
