Is there a document somewhere that describes when/where to use a form or control?

For example, the MM .Net jump start example uses a maintenance form for data entry of order information. But why not use some other form class, like mmEntityBusinessForm? Or the mmBusinessBaseForm vs the mmBusinessForm?
