VFP9 seems to have a problem "remembering" Toolbar and Project Manager positions.

Project manager no longer remembers the last tab it was opened to, and worse, the height/width it was left at.

Toolbars want to Dock to the top line, not the line at which is was left.

We had similar problems in VFP7, now here we go again. Am I missing something or did some wiz on the Fox Team decide to do us some more "favors" and screw it up again?
