The CreateParameter() method is new for MM .NET 1.3. It may be that your uninstall of MM .NET version 1.2 was unsuccessful. I’ve seen this happen occasionally with developers running Windows 2000 is that the operating system on your machine? This seems to be a .NET "issue".

In any case, I recommend launch Windows Explorer and navigate to c:\WINNT\Assembly or C:\Windows\Assembly. Check the GAC and see if there are two copies of MM .NET assemblies if there are, do the following:

1. Uninstall MM .NET 1.3
   
   
2. Uninstall MM .NET 1.2 (if it’s listed in Add/Remove programs)
   
   
3. Check the GAC again and make sure there are no MM .NET assemblies left. If there are, you need to go out to a DOS window, navigate to the Assembly\GAC directory and delete the Mere Mortals directories and files
