Hi Victor

>>Hi all

>I find this quite interesting. I've always belived that you're better off putting the .exe on the users local machines. So now I have another question for you. Let's say you have a DBC that has nothing but a bunch of remote views in it...and maybe some local views that's just a combination of some of those remote views. What happens with the DBC? Is this something that should also be kept on the user's local machines like the .exe's ???

Of course it should be on the local machine or even compiled into the exe. See http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~CreatingDBCforViews~VFP.

Of course, with SPT or Cursor Adapters, you don't have that problem.
