John;
Here is an interesting link. Peannut Oil and Olive Oil compared. I do not trust links or data regardless of the source.
http://www.peanut-institute.org/Equal_Olive_Oil_PR.htmlThere are some public schools in the San Francisco Bay Area that do not allow children to take peanut butter sandwiches or any form of peanut to school. They are concerned with the possibility of allergic reaction. That may be overdoing it. If we were truly concerned about what is in the food and beverages we consume we would soon be dead. Do not eat, drink or breath. Toxins are all around us!
I must say that we have used Extra Virgin Olive Oil for many years. I am not about to change! :)
