Do you mean you want a combo box in one of your columns, instead of the default text box? If sO:

-Select the column you want the combo in.
- H ave the Properties form open at this column
- From your Form Controls toolbar, select your combo
- In the properties form click on the column
- If you drill down on that column You will now see that it has a combo as well as a text box.
- Set the column's CurrentControl property to the combo (it will be in the drop-down list)
- In the properties form click on the now unwanted text box and hit DELETE
- Set the column's Sparse property to .F.
