They don't each get a physical copy; each runs in their own memory space, which is what really counts, plus their own registry settings for ActiveX (which is why you have to do your installs following the instructions for same). And when you set up TS/Citrix, you need to set it up so that each user has their own temporary space, which under Citrix and Win2K3 is the default (but under Win2K I think may not have been).
The reason its important for them to be on the Citrix machine itself has to do with VFP caching. You don't want to drag pieces of the exe across the network multiple times.
