I have a Epson LQ590 dot matrix printer that my Foxpro application is printing packing slips to. The packing slips are 8.5" wide x 7" long and are continious feed so I had to setup a user defined paper size. The problem is after the printer prints the packing slip it advances the paper more the 7" so the next packing slip prints incorrectly. How can I stop it at 7".

Here is what I did to set it up.

On the development computer I installed the printer driver.

In the Windows I setup the correct user defined paper size.

In the driver settings I changed the paper size to the user defined size.

In the Foxpro report I set the report printer to the Epson and set the paper size to the user defined size.

Compiled the app and installed it on the target computer.

I set the printer driver up on the target computer the same as the development computer.


With the old computer and printer this method worked but when they bought a new computer and new printer I could not get it to work.
