I guess I need another coffee. Somehow I missed the whole point of what you were telling me. As I NOW understand it; the gotfocus() for the page (that we don't have, but you have shown me how to build) would occur when I TAB into it. It's response would be to forward focus on to another control on my form.

With a little work I should be able to determine the direction the user came from and so pass the focus on to the appropriate (first or last) control.

Thanks for not abandoning me and making me look again.
