Or taste it! I suppose the bitterness of the burnt toast hides that of the V. Admit it. You don't REALLY like it then. (PS they say burnt toast is carcinogenic don't they? - so eating V may do more harm than good) :-)

Marmite, along with Agar, as I remember from school biology, was just something to grow bacteria cultures on.
What's Bonox? Thought that was something ladies had injected to get rid of wrinkles :-)
