Don't know why you don't find it. I searched my HD and it shows (VFP 9.0 is installed):

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP\GDIPlus.DLL

Properties show version 5.1.3102.1355

Have you done a full install from CD with all extras?
