Thanks for your reply. You got it in one! After receiving the other reply, I saw that I was setting _screen.WindowState = 2 in the opening lines of my program. What this meant was that once I run my program, I locked the _screen into maximised mode and trying to change it at the command line didn't work.

Everything is fine now.
