When I create a document in MS Word from VFP3 I use a lot of tables and sometimes I need to know if I can only make an InsertRows() instead of Tables.Add() (The execution will be much faster...).

Is there any command that let me check if it is possible to make an InsertRows() instead of Tables.Add()? (To make an InsertRows() I must stand right below the table otherwise I must create a new Table). Is there a way to check this out?
