I have VFP application with lithuanian characters.
When it is running on OS which has default Location set to Lithuanian, all character are shown correctly, but when application is running on OS with English default location, lithuanian characters are shown incorrecly. That OS (Windows XP SP2) has necessary code page conversion tables installed and other programs (for example MS Excel) shows lithuanian characters correctly.

I tried to include CONFIG.fpw with "CODEPAGE=1257" into a project, but it doesn't help.

Where is the problem?
