have you gotten this install to work elsewhere? If not, check that you have included all the files that DBI says you need to include.

If you have, I've run into a couple of things in the past. One is mentioned by DBI and involves older versions of Windows that need to have their MFC42 updated. These days it's rare, but does happen. The other is where it is being installed on Terminal Services/Citrix. If that's the case, you will need information on installing ActiveX controls under Citrix. That information is available by searching the posts here within the past year, I believe.
