Sergey,
of course without a Right and bottom property this ambiguity is present,
but, i'm SURE, that apply tha anchor at design time is the solution
that require the minimal manual work and the minimal hidden controls
that go out of anchor and that the developer can lack.

Your example is a local example ( within a container ) but when you
resize the form you can have into the form 99 others containers
with 990 controls ;
then, with current VFP9 you have to resize 990 controls and 10 still fixed,
with the Anchor at DTime you have to resize the 10 controls,
and with a multiselection and Anchor Editor this is a simple and relative fast job.

Of course, the VFPT can put a F/C designer flag for optimize the simple cases
where Anchor at design time is not the best solution.
