Terry, it is not only google. There are many others too. And it is virtually impossible to find all of them, and ask them to remove your personal information. Some of them even do not give you this option.
Others offer the free list of emails, and anybody can use those sending spasms, etc. See for instance, http://www.refer-a-page.com/free/friends-log.txt

Just for curiosity and to learn what can be done here, I contacted the lawyer and was informed that unless you have the proof they made damage to you, no one is obliged to reply to your request.
