What is the best way to send a completed Crystal Report via fax and e-mail that is simply a text report that has no charts or graphs? And without using VFP or VB as a faxing or e-mailing tool.

I want to automate the process of running the Crystal Report and either faxing or e-mailing the Crystal Report as much as possible with as few tools as possible and as few steps as possible.

Export the Crystal Report to PDF file first?

Use Microsoft Exchange?

Export the Crystal Report to Word and then send it from a system that is already in place?
